WorshipSong Songbooks is a new service that WorshipSong is pleased to offer our WorshipSong members. Created in conjunction with Seawave Music's Lee Marcum, an accomplished Nashville arranger,, this service will help you professionally create music publishing resources that revolve around your music. Why would you invest in publishing resources? Simply put, other people need resources by which to perform your music. Having a songbook, lead sheet, chord chart, rhythm chart, or other instrumental parts make your music much more accessible to the general public, churches, live events, or recording sessions.
If you are a performing artist, a songbook is also a great element to sell at your product table along with your CD. Professional songbooks like the WorshipSong Songbooks can sell anywhere from $10 to $25. The resources can also be shared on WorshipSong, sold on your website, and made available via 3rd party sites such as www.praisecharts.com.
Enhance Live Performance
A sheet music version of your song is the best way to communicate with another musician the totality of your song - its melody, chords, and lyrics. Your music resources will match the recording. Using these resources, skilled worship leaders, bands, vocalists, and orchestras can take your songs and enhance the worship experience in their churches.
Brass, Strings or other instrumental additionsIf you are doing a live concert at a venue that has other musicians available, such as a church, then live brass or strings can really enhance the background of your music. These arrangements can be negotiated as they would depend on what type instruments you would prefer. Anything from 2 horns to full orchestra is possible. This service can also be considered for your next recording session.
